Shang Tong Food produces Sucrose with a high sweetness level of 75%, ideal for coffee and milk tea. It imparts a distinctive flavor and character even with a small amount.
Brewing Method:
Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:10 for a ready-to-drink beverage. Adjust the ratio according to personal taste preferences. It can also be used in various creative beverages such as tea drinks, iced beverages, jellies, and more.

Single Origin Tea
1. In a shaker cup, add 200cc of tea and 30cc of Sucrose, stirring well.
2. Add ice to fill the cup, and it’s ready to be enjoyed.
